Varsity soccer player Tyler Gaudreau is our February athlete of the month. Gaudreau received player of the game honors twice, on Dec.  9 and Jan 3.

Tyler had 7 points, 3 goals, and 1 assist. His average goals per game are 0.8, his assist per game is 0.3 and points per game is 1.8.

Gaudreau said, “All of my success is a result of my teammates.”

When asked about playing soccer beyond high school, Gaudreau said, “I’m either going to Cal State East Bay or Humboldt State most likely on soccer scholarship if I get accepted into the school. If I don’t my backup would be Las Positas or Delta and transfer to a 4-year school after a year or two.”  

At the Tracy High awards banquet, Gaudreau got all-league and defensive MVP. Gaudreau is in the all-star game in a couple of weeks.
