This year’s All-Star Game promises to be another unforgettable night. Young superstars like Anthony Edwards, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Victor Wembanyama are the rising stars alongside the sport’s icons like LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.

The All-Star Game is just one part of a weekend filled with excitement presented by the NBA as the Slam Dunk Contest, Three–Point Contest and Skills Challenge showcase the individual talents that these rising stars posess.
Alfonso Silveria, a sophomore at Tracy High School, expressed his excitement about the other half of the All-Star Weekend.
“The slam dunk contest is my favorite part of the All-Star weekend,” Silveria said. “I hope the contestants put on a show.”
