Blaze Pizza place isn’t like any other pizza place in Tracy. Blaze is the only place that cooks pizza using an open flame.

Only being open for a couple of months, the business is doing really well. They have about eight to nine people working on the line, so your pizza gets made really fast and is actually cooked in 180 seconds.

Blaze gives you the choice of building the kind of pizza you want or you can have one of their signature pizzas.

They have three different sauces, seven different cheeses like parmesan, gouda, mozzarella, etc., and about 15 toppings including Italian sausage, pepperoni, spinach, and many others.

Once you have decided what you want, then the making of the pizza begins. When the pizza is in the oven it only takes 180 seconds to the bake, so you only have time to fill up your beverage cup and pick a table.

There are two people at each different station. The stations are based on what the customer wants from sauces to toppings. When the pizza is made and baked, a person that calls your name asks if you want your pizza on a plate or in a box. He always throws your number against the wall. It makes it look like he is a really unhappy person.

Even though the pizza was a little charred on the bottom, it was still good. My friend that went with me had one of their signature pizzas and that it was pretty good for not having that kind of pizza before. I created my own pizza to see how the system worked. The pizza had a great taste. The crust was not too thin or too thick and it had the right amount of sauce. I wish I added a little bit more of toppings, but it still tasted really good.

Blaze has a lot of nice employees who enjoy their job. If I could, I would like to apply to work somewhere like Blaze Pizza that acts like they are a family. Blaze Pizza is a place where you pay only $8 for a pizza that you can eat by yourself and not worry about not making back to work on time.
