Kanye West is one of the

biggest musicians of the 21st century, along with being a songwriter, music producer, and fashion designer. West’s release of “The Life of Pablo” was long awaited by many fans. Releasing three days late, Feb. 28, The Life of Pablo only released on Kanye’s music streaming app “Tidal” and later tweeting it would only be available through Tidal.

The album has 18 songs, some released before the album on Soundcloud. A few songs are “Ultralight Beam”, “Freestyle 4”, “FML”, and “Famous”

Many other acclaimed musicians are featured on this album including Chance the Rapper, Kid Cudi, RIhanna, Chris Brown, The Weeknd, Frank Ocean and many more.

The most popular song on the album is “No More Parties in LA” FT Kendrick Lamar. The name of the album actually originated from the lyrics of this song, when Kanye says, “I feel like Pablo when I’m workin’ on my shoes, I feel like Pablo when I see me on the news, I feel like Pablo when I’m workin’ on my house.” Referring to Pablo Picasso, Pablo Escobar, and a common guy named Pablo.

One of my favorite songs is “Freestyle 4”. The beat on the song is original and new, and the lyrics are very catchy.

‘The Life of Pablo’ recieved a lot of hype before it was released, and when it did, many people were left underwhelmed. Although there was still many fans that gave him praise for the album.

Kanye is an amazing artist, creating himself as a brand and a legend. His music impacts many people and conveys strong messages. Beware, this album does contain profanity, sexual and drug references.
