Katelynn Galvin is a freshman at Tracy High School. She enjoys films and literature. Galvin's favorite movie is Midsommar directed by Ari Aster and her favorite book is Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. She had previously lived in Fremont, California until she was six years old when she moved to Tracy during her second grade year at Monticello Elementary School. She has loved gossip and drama since a very young age, so journalism was the next best thing for her. Like gossip, she could write professionally. She has always wanted to attend the University of Southern California, as she wishes to pursue a career in film. Her role models in the film industry are Greta Gerwig, Jordan Peele, Ari Aster and Wes Anderson. And her personal role model is her parents, as she has a is very loving mother and father who shaped her into the person she is today.
