Malik Amani is a senior at Tracy High School. He was born on May 24th, 2007, into a family of five. Amani was born in Hayward, CA and lived in San Ramon for around two years before he moved to Tracy. He attended Tom Hawkins Elementary school from first grade until eighth grade. Amani has two older siblings, one graduated from college and one a junior in college. Through Amani's four years at Tracy high he has been in the Agriculture Scientific Academy program. He says in these years attending Tracy High school he has learned a lot about responsibility and what life is going to be like after college. Amani has always had a big passion for sports, when he was seven-years-old, he started playing baseball and basketball. When he was 15-years-old, he dislocated his shoulder three times in a six month period which is the reason he does not play sports anymore. After high school Amani wants to attend San Deigo State University and major in business for his four years in college. In his future he wants to become a real estate broker and own his own business someday.
