The leadership class and senior class President Allison Piwowarski have been planning the upcoming senior activities for those who are able to participate in them.

There are multiple events planned that many of the seniors are excited for, including Senior Beach Day, and the Magic Mountain trip.

“Along with Magic Mountain, and Senior Beach Day, we usually have Senior Breakfast, but now we’re going to change that to something new,” Piwowarski said.

Many of the senior activities will take place in April and May, according to the leadership class.

“The new activity for Senior Breakfast will be on April 15, and the other activities will be later in the month, and in May too,” Piwowarski said.

Prom will be on Apr. 23, and Senior Beach day will be on May 6. The Magic Mountain trip will be on May 12 and 13, and is the last activity for seniors to participate in until graduation.

The leadership class has also come up with specific prices for each event, as seniors will have to buy tickets in order to participate.

“Typically, the tickets are $5, but then the price increases as we get closer to the day of the event,” Piwowarski said.

All events will have the same cost for tickets, except for the Magic Mountain trip and prom.

For the Magic Mountain trip, the first payment will be $100 and will be due on Mar. 11. The second payment of $85 is due later on May 6.

Prom tickets will have varying prices for the singles and couples that choose to go. For singles, the price is $150, and for couples the price is $300. The due dates for these tickets will be announced later as the event gets closer, however.

As the year gets closer to the end, seniors are preparing for these events, and they are more than excited to have fun with these activities.

“I am very excited for the Magic Mountain trip because I get to go on the roller coasters, and be with all of my friends,” senior Nate Turner said.

While some seniors are looking forward to the big events, like prom, and Magic Mountain, others are looking forward to the events that will be here at Tracy High.

I am definitely looking forward to Senior Beach Day because it’ll be a nice day in the sun, and it’ll be a lot of fun hanging out with my friends at the pool,
