On Thursday, March 9, the Tracy High Bulldogs Men’s Volleyball team had a difficult game going against the number one team in the League, the Lodi Flames.

The Bulldogs are currently ranked second in the league.
The Bulldogs went against the Flames previously and had a good game of 3-0.
Senior Lucas SandersDefensive Specialist is very confident about this team heading to playoffs soon, Sanders thinks if they continue to play clean then they could bring a banner home.
Sanders expressed “this win is a big motivation to win league and push ourselves to get far into playoffs.”
The first set started off with a good, exciting set ending off with the score of 25-21.
Senior Hitter Carson Gates-Cecilio explained how if they played how they were practicing they can accomplish many hard battles.
Gates-Cecilio “We knew if we were able to lock in and execute what we run at practice we are able to beat any team.”
The second set was well played by the team scoring 25-16.
The Bulldogs are feeling proud of their record of 11-7 first in their league after the big win against Lodi.

Senior Shabir Qaderi stated, “Our team is moving forward because it gives us more confidence.”
Qaderi has much certainty for the success of their team heading to playoffs soon.
The last and final set was a tossup between the two teams, but the Bulldogs ended up with 25-23 on the last and final set.
The Dogs went against the Flames previously and had a good game of 3-0.
Tracy High Men’s Volleyball Team ended up first in their league after beating the pervious number one team, the Lodi Flames.
