Mychaela Lawas, Student Life Lead
Mychaela Lawas is a 16-year-old senior currently enrolled at Tracy High School. She is the middle child of four other siblings including her older brother, two 16-year-old and 15-year-old stepsisters enrolled at Tracy High, and a younger brother. Both her parents also attended Tracy High School, and she has lived in Tracy, California her entire life. Lawas is also enrolled in the childcare program at Tracy High and President for the R.O.P Childcare Club because she has a passion for working with kids. Along with being in the childcare program, she is working with younger girls at Royal Gymnastics, where she coaches girls from the ages of four to eight. She hopes to strengthen her communication and writing skills throughout this class. She is also looking forward to writing about things she is passionate about. Her main goal after this school year is to join a medical program and start her journey to becoming a neonatal nurse.
