On Wednesday, October 15, during the annual Night Rally, the Homecoming King and Queen were announced. Homecoming King and Queen is an honored tradition here at Tracy High. The students go through rounds of voting and are in the end chosen by the student body. The 2025 homecoming King is Cam Breckenridge and Queen Nya Inocencio.

Breckenridge explained the emotions he felt in the moments following his win.
“I felt so surprised,” Breckenridge expressed. “But I was extremely grateful that I won.”
Inocencio also reflected back on the exciting moment.
“I felt completely shocked and was filled with gratitude.” Inocencio reflected on.
Both expressed how much this win meant to them and how it left a lasting legacy at the school.
“It shows that I made my mark in people’s lives,” Inocencio shared, “and all the long hard days were worth it.”
“It means a lot to me,” Breckenridge stated, “I got to cement my name in Tracy High history and continue the homecoming traditions.”
After finding out that they had won, both Breckenridge and Inocencio ran to their mothers to go celebrate with them.

Neither expected to win and were so grateful to be even recognized in Homecoming Court.
Breckenridge and Inocencio both had a big impact on their peers, which then helped them lead to this amazing accomplishment that they will never forget for many years to come.
