On Friday, Nov. 14th, the Tracy High Bulldogs had their last game of the 2025 season. The Bulldogs faced the Manteca Buffaloes in the quarterfinals of the Sac-Joaquin Division II playoffs, and the game ended with a final score of 8-43.
As the season ended, the players reflected on their 5-6 season, going over their improvements, emotions, and bonds formed throughout this season.
Senior, Brian Lindt reflected on how the team improved throughout the season in every aspect of the game.
“I feel like as a team we improved on everything over the season.” Lindt stated, “from offense, defense, tackling, communicating blocking, we improved at it all.”
Lindt praised junior Case Borges for stepping up during this final game and leading the way for next year.
Borges led the defense with 11 tackles in the final game against the Buffaloes.
Borges praised all the seniors for stepping up and being there for the underclassmen and the words of advice they gave them.
“All the seniors came up to the lower classman and said keep your heads-up you guys got this next year.” Borges explained.
As a senior, Lindt looked back on the final game and expressed how much it meant to him to play this game and how football has always been a big part of his life.
“This final game meant so much to me,” Lindt expressed, “football… has been such a huge part of my life for so long and now it’s over and I’m onto a new chapter.” 
While Borges’ junior season unfortunately came to an abrupt end, he expressed his excitement for his senior season and the things that they can build on int he coming year.
“I’m excited to build our defense up,” Borges explained, “and not allow a lot of points for our offense.”
Lindt finally reflected on the emotions and what the team did after the final whistle of many players final game ever.
“After the whistle we all hung out, talked and comforted each other with handling the fact that we would never all play together again.” Lindt shared.
Coach Pribble, the team’s head coach, discusses the future of Tracy High Football.
“We move forward with no regrets and a hunger,” Pribble stated, “so we can improve this very young team and its future goals of getting deeper in playoffs and creating everlasting memories together.”
As the Bulldogs say farewell to the 2025-2026 season, we cannot wait to see how our young Bulldogs will grow and improve in the coming years.
